11th December 2009:

Interest-free economy
Because greed has never been sustainable

A workshop

During the Climate Change Meeting in Copenhagen (COP15), December 7th‐18th, the world’s ministers will meet to negotiate a new agreement to replace the Kyoto Protocol. The agreement is meant to regulate the actions of the nations party to the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) and its formulation is very important for the future global society.

JAK Medlemsbank, in co‐operation with J.A.K in Denmark and JAK Bank Italia, is arranging a workshop on the negative consequences of interest on sustainable development as well as on the conditions for an interest‐free economy. The workshop will be a part of Klimaforum09, an alternative forum for the civil society.
